Step 1 — Initial appointment & in-depth intake

Dr. Shawne takes time to understand your full health history, your current concerns, your lifestyle, and your goals. We listen closely. Nothing you share is treated as irrelevant.

Step 2 — Comprehensive lab panel

Based on your intake, Dr. Shawne orders a tailored lab panel drawn locally. This always includes a comprehensive metabolic panel and may also include hormonal testing, GI mapping, thyroid and adrenal markers, inflammatory panels, and more — depending on your individual health picture.

Step 3 — Results review & your customized plan

Once results are in, you return to go through everything with Dr. Shawne. She connects what the labs reveal with your TCM diagnosis and health patterns, then builds a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
